Once you’re accepted into the program, Sara will create a personalized exercise plan and meal plan based on your goals, fitness level, and preferences. You’ll access your workouts through a fitness app (with Arabic language available) and receive weekly check-ins for accountability. You’ll also have direct support for questions and feedback.

Each meal plan includes a full 7-day menu designed to meet your calorie and macro needs, personalized to your goals (weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance). The plan is designed to be repeated for 4 weeks to help build consistency, with meals tailored to your food preferences.

Yes! If you start with personal training and later want to transition to online coaching, Sara can help you make that switch so you continue progressing seamlessly.

Yes. Sara’s online coaching program is designed for individuals training in a gym setting, using gym equipment to help you build strength and reach your goals effectively.

Personal training sessions are 50 minutes of one-on-one coaching, including warm-up, guided strength training, and cool-down. You’ll also receive a customized exercise program, a meal plan, and support during business hours for any questions.

Yes! The workout guides are available for purchase directly on the website. Once you buy a guide, you can instantly download your new workout plan and get started right away.
